This is a decent score, and you do stand a fair chance of getting into some NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs, especially in lower-demand branches or through the Home State quota.
If you belong to a reserved category like OBC, SC, or ST, your chances improve significantly. You may get core branches like Mechanical, Civil, or Metallurgy in newer NITs or branches like Information Technology, ECE, or even CSE in some IIITs or GFTIs in the later rounds of counselling.
