I got 91.87 percentile in mains jan 2019. Can I get seat in nits or iiits or cftis? Please guide me

Your general rank for the mentioned percentile will be around 72000. So it seems that you have less chance to get any NITs or IIITs. But you can get some GFTIs like assam univeraity. You can check closing ranks for GFTIs here

With this percentile score your approximately rank will be more than 90000-100000( exact rank will depend upon April exam and strength) and with this rank it will be not possible to get good college because seats are limited and competetion is high.

So you should attempt April exam and try to score good marks ( more than 97 percentile)

So that you have many options to choose.
