Dear aspirant,
Since your boards percentage is quite low and as per the rule of NTA you have to score at least 75% or be in top 20 percentile among the students.
Since, the criteria is not fulfilled , you won't get any college.
P.S. : You can appear for the improvement examination which is conducted by CBSE.
