Since you have scored 92.05 percentile your rank would lie around your general rank would lie around 79,500 but since you belong to obc category then you have much chances of getting admission into it.
Having an eye on last year cutoffs for getting computer science you have to score above 250 and for electronics and communication engineering you have to score above 210 for obc category.

The chances of getting admission into IIIT Hyderabad with this percentile is high. But I can only give assured data if you share the branch you want admission into. In general you need to score more than 250 marks in jee mains to get admission into IIIT Hyderabad the cutoff for every branch is slightly different from other though.
