Hii..According To your Percentaile You have chance to get A rank below 3K..& Yes you can get LD engineering.
But as per the last year trend You cannot get in To top fields like CS mechanical & IT..
You can get Production,Rubber technology,Fiber Technology Etc which have very less Scope & Your carrer can be constrained Within limit.
I would suggest You to Go for Field Not college..It will give you better opportunity after 5 years Down the line.
