Please mention your rank. I guess your general rank will be around 80k and OBC rank around 27k-30k.
With this rank you won't be able to get NIT patna. Under HS quota and OBC category you will get 4yr btech seat for OBC rank under 6k and dual degree under 12k obc rank. And with 30k obc rank you won't be able to get a seat in any NIT. You may look for other private colleges.

It is very difficult to get admission in NITs or IIITs based on your jee mains percentile score and category.But try to attend counselling and participate till last round.
