Hi ! You will get a decent rank in OBC rank category. So I will suggest you to take either nit Durgapur for CSE, for metallurgy nit Warangal, for ECE nit suratkal or Surat or Calicut. For mechanical and civil you may take nit Rourkela or nit Allahabad. see with your rank you will get handful of good nits with good branches. But try to grab medium level nits with good branches instead of having high level nits with bad branches. So best of luck to you.

You can choose the course of your interest and consider the opening and closing rank as well.
