If you have category other then general and obc(sc or st) then you will definitely get a seat as category rank will be enough for you to bag you a seat otherwise find some other options or go for the drop. But why dont u provide details of yor other exams like MHCET?
U have a lot of chancces to get good top government colleges through MHCET in Maharashtra Like POEC and many others.

In Mumbai you can take addimission by mhtcet or by your jee rank.
