I got 93 percentile in jee mains.Can i expect any seat in NITs or CFITs or any other government institutes??

Well yes that's a good score. There may be good chances for you to get NIT or any CFTIs according to your percentile. You are just supposed to a one small thing just calculate your rank and then the official cutoff of jEE mains 2019. So compare with previous years cutoff of Nits. i will be providing you a link.
