Congratulations on your percentage in Class 12th boards!
Admission in IITs is based on your performance in JEE Advanced. Boards criteria for admission in IITs is to have at least 75 percentage in CBSE Class 12th boards or to be in top 20 percentile of your respective boards. This is the qualifying criteria. If your boards marks are within this qualifying criteria range, you would be eligiblw for admission in IITs based on your rank in JEE Advanced. Further high percentage in Class 12th Boards doesn't benefit you to get admission in IITs. So, I don't think that your Class 12th boards percentage is going to help for admission in IITs.
