To get into IITs you will need to qualify for jee advance.As per your jee mains performance you might get qualify for jee advance and so if you will score good marks in jee advance you will get into IITs.

As per your marks, and considering you belong to general category, your probable rank will be approximately 53024-60524. You may be eligible for JEE Advanced. At this rank you won't get into the IITs but you have chances of getting into NITs and some other Government Colleges.
