i got 94.44 percentile in jee mains and i got 70.5 percent in 12th iam under obc category. can i get nit.

You has a good percentile cause with 94.4 percentile in jee mains. Securing a seat in an nit have a high probability of chances although there are some other factors which effects your rank like cutoff, caste and the course you choose under graduation
As you have mentioned your caste your chance of getting a seat might decrease.
