I got 94.83 percentile in JEE MAIN in general catagory. What is the predictable rank through this result? Do I qualify for Jee Advance exam?

The approximate rank for percentile 94.83 will be around 45220(+-). Note that this is an estimation and it can change after JEE Mains is again conducted in April 2019.
The cutoffs to be eligible to give JEE Advance is not yet announced by National Testing Agency (NTA) but it is estimated that students above 85 percentile have a good chance to qualify. So you can consider to give JEE Advance but for final results I suggest you to wait for the officials to announce it.
