I got 95 score nata.please told B arc collage name
Dear Aspirant!
It depends on numerous factors such as your 12th marks, where are you from, your quota’s and many more as follows:
- ALL ABOUT LOCATION- For getting into an architecture college it matters where you live, for ex: You have some chance to get into J.J.School of Architecture with a NATA score of 110 if you are from Maharashtra, if not then it is next to impossible (but not impossible) whereas if you are from Delhi like me you will have a better luck getting into IPU (85% quota for Delhites) but for those who aren’t it may present itself as a problem. I know it’s unfair to lot of people who are from small town and can’t get the quality of education they deserve just like you and me, so let’s make a future for everyone where no place is small.
- ALL ABOUT BOARD’s- College’s accepting NATA don’t only consider your NATA’s score for the merit list but also the marks you obtained in your 12th. This may be quite a relief for those who not just only studied for NATA but for board’s too, as I said earlier it’s not impossible to get into J.J, if you may have scored above 95% in boards.
- ALL ABOUT ENTRANCE’s- I know it’s already been hard for preparing for NATA and then facing the result but NATA wouldn’t be suffice to give admission in all the architecture colleges. You have to give JEE paper-2 for National Institute’s and various other entrance’s for colleges, such as for admission in Jadavpur University you have to clear NATA as well as WBJEE and other criteria mention above.
- ALL ABOUT COUNSELLING- I know there aren’t any specific counselling for architecture, if you consider JOSSA for JEE MAIN 2 there aren’t actually many colleges under it and if you see the number of colleges for architecture it’s nearly above 500, so what you have to do? Simple, you have to appear for whole lot of counselling. For ex- JMI conducts it’s own counselling and for admission what you have to do ? Appear for counselling, it may get irritating sometime but hold your horses and maybe you will get admission in it.
- ALL ABOUT MONEY- Let me clear out something for you architecture isn’t cheap, you have to get an expensive laptop, have to buy some expensive study materials, have to spend on printouts like crazy and whatnot. I’ll suggest if you are from a strong financial background, it wouldn’t matter much but if you are from a financial weaker background I’ll suggest not to kneel before peer pressure because you may feel intimated by the amount of money people are spending on simple stuff like pencils (My steadlar’s cost a lot) and whatnot. I would one to say that don’t hope for lot of money when you graduate as there isn’t but the satisfaction of building something is worth it!
- ALL ABOUT TRIPS- So what you things trips are awesome, they certainly are but architectural trips are different as you may require to visit places with architectural importance quite often and for long periods that can stretch about a month. So keep in mind that your parent’s would be okay with this.
- ALL ABOUT YOU!!!- Dear don’t worry, just get into the dream architectural college of your and rock the hell out of everyone any everything, cause life of an architecture student is like experiencing a monumental roller-coaster, you will ups and down in every presentation, every assignment , in every all nighter’s but let me tell ya it’s worth it. I may have got a little distracted but to answer your question which college’s you can get with an awesome score of 115 in NATA would be a) J.J, b) Jadavpur University, c) Vastu Kala Academy d)JNFAU e) I can’t list every college can I?. These are some great colleges if you can clear the above mention criteria’s and I am sorry I couldn’t get you proper names of colleges you can get in the above mention marks as I don’t know which criteria’s you fulfill and which you don’t, so if you need a clear picture of which college you can get then do ask me a question with the criteria’s you fulfill and I’ll try to get back to you.
