I am sorry to say but it is not possible for you to get Computer Science stream in any of the government colleges at this percentile. But don't lose hopes. There are many other options and oppurtunities out there open for you. If you want to go for CSE only, then you should look up for private institutions which provide admission through JEE Mains score. You can search for the same. Or else check the given link
