You will have general rank around 43000 in crl. You may get some NITs in special round or in last rounds of josaa. You may also get NITs in north-east. But these NITs will offer you lower branches.
You can appear for exam once more in april to improve your score.

According to your percentile your general rank will be around 41000 .so you will not get top nit. Therefore it will be better for you work hard and apply for April mains so that you can get college according to your choice.
