Well there are comparatively very few seats for B.Arch and B.Planning in the NITs or SPAs all over India. Hence, with the percentile that you have got there ain't much chances of you surely getting a seat. But you can still keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best.

With a percentile of 95.37 in JEE main paper 2 you can get into various NIT, IIIT and other colleges. Here are some NIT colleges which you can get into in 2nd or 3rd counselling round :

NIT Hamirpur
NIT Srinagar
NIT Silchar
NIT Surat
NIT Jalandhar
NIT Puducherry
NIT Agartala
NIT Goa

You cannot get into top NIT such as Calicut and Delhi. You can get into various mid tier IIIT colleges. You can also try to get admission in state run colleges where jee main percentile is considered.
