i got 95.45 %tile in mains , cat rank 1528 but less in hsc i.e 63.23 % any chances for NITs IIITs GFTIs or any govt college in maharastra

Congratulation for such a great score in cet .
But definitely you are not going to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits iiits or GFTIs.
Even your percentile is too lower but though if I wont consider your percentile then you hadn't fulfill the criteria for atleast 75 percentile in 12th board to get admission into any nits iiits or GFTIs.
So yes theres no chance for you to get into nits.
And yes you can get government colleges in maharastra with your cet score.

bro its jee score and i belong to sc category so is thier any chance that a shortage of 1.77 % would be consider and can any allotments take place
