If you belong to SC or ST category, only then you might be able to get a seat in AIIMS colleges with your AIR or else not.
According to last year's merit list, the cut off for SC and ST was 94.5761745 and corresponding rank was 20490 and 93.6505421 and corresponding rank was 24151 respectively which indicates that you might have good chances.
Note: The merit list doesn't remain same every year and the above mentioned detailed (cut off) may not be followed this year. And onlyfor AIIMS Telangana, it couldn't be predicted as this is newly introduced and have no history of cut off score/ranks.
