I got 95.5 percentile in jee mains I belong to obc. My common rank is 50k & category rank is 13k .cannot I qualify for the advanced.

As per the cutoffs released for the different categories to qualify for the JEE advanced, the cutoff for OBC is 74.3 percentile, and since you have scored above that, you are eligible for JEE advanced.
