Hello.,
You can try to get admission at nit delhi., you may get eee in special round that too not sure.
You may get admission in non core branches like biotechnology, chemical, biomedical, ceramic, metallurgy and material, mining at some nits.
You may also get Into some iiits,
All it depends on the branch you prefer at the college, more you compromise with branch/ college, better will be college/branch..
I suggest you to participate in special round to get a better option.

Hii Vishwas.Your Marks are bit good.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting admission to the medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Bhopal, NIT Allahabad, NIT Rourkela,etc but you may not get CSE or ECE.You can try for IIITs such as IIIT Allahabad, IIIT Delhi,etc
