Currently according to your percentile u can easily get mechanical, chemical, even electrical in some NITs .
Like MNIT JAIPUR,NIT ROURKELA, NIT SRINAGAR,MNIT ALLAHABAD, NIT CALICUT.
You can get other good branches like ECE,EE in NIT Raipur,Jamshedpur,Jammu.You can get Ceramic,Food Processing,Metallurgy,Mining in NIT Rkl,Durgapur,Patna.If you go for the north eastern NIT's you can easily get CSE.

See If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your CRL rank is expected to be in the range of 41022 - 46115 .
