Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have got 96.76 percentile in JEE mains and you have got 95 percentage in your 12th and you are wanting to take up sastra University so you do fair chances of getting cse branch and other branches of you want.
But I would recommend you to try for nits because a decent nit is sufficient in this percentile.
