Firstly congratulations for your percentile score!!
But it is difficult to predict the college by your percentile because the official cutoff is not yet released by NTA.you have to wait for official results.

Use this formula to predict the rank:
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 145386 /100.
Your rank is 4506 by using above formula.
Your rank may differ from the official cutoff and results which were released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially.
You have to wait for the official results.
