I got 9640 rank in sc category and 192225 in crl in jee main. Can I get a seat in any of the NIT's or any other top engineering colleges?

Easily you can get nit but to get reputed nit you need to compromise your coarse

In Between 9000 and 10999 the percentile vary from
99.4. To 99.266
You can get Admission in nit durgapur or nit srinagar or in nit kurukshetra
