I got 96.45% in main examination. Can I get NIIT

As per your question, in the percentile of 96 your rank will be lying in between 98000 to 1.1 lakh. As you didn't mentioned your category so am considering you under general category and So you will not be able to grab your seats in NITs according to your given percentile.
