    For your 96.78 percentile in jee mains you will have general rank around 31000. For this rank you can get branches like civil, metallurgy, production, biotechnology etc.. in NITs, however you can get CSE in new IIITs.

    You have chances for NITs- jaipur, jamshedpur, patna,raipur,srinagar, all north eastern, etc..
