Congratulations for your result. According to all the information you have provided about your rank, there is a fair chance for you to get into NITs. If you are not aiming for CSE, you can easily get into NITs.
You can try for NIT Rourkela, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Allahabad or NIT Agartala.
