First of all congratulations, you have scored good percentile of 96.90 in JEE Mains.The cutoff marks varies every year based on many factors including Category,Marks obtained ,Number of students applied and other factors too.As per your score it is quite hard for you to get Information Technology Branch in top NITs.But may have chances to get other branches.
