I got 96.91 percentile which nit can I get

see cutoff score varies every year and it depends on some of the factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix , students category. at this percentile your probable estimated rank would be 31611 - 35535 ,

since jee main exam has not completed yet, once all sessions are done , nta would release rank list based on score. so it is difficult to predict exact college just based on your percentile. however you have good chances for tier 1 nits. every nits has 50% seats reserve for domicile candidates. so based on domicile criteria closing rank would differ.
