I got 97 percentile in jee mains paper 2 and my rank is 8449 but i got only 70% in 12th board exam can i get any government college?

Hello, with that rank in JEE main paper 2 you have no chances of getting a seat in any government colleges for architecture. Also for B.arch and B.plan you require a minimum of 75% in 12 boards for general category and minimum 65% I. 12 boards for ST, SC and OBC category to be eligible. So if you are from general category then you are not eligible at all.
So please apply for private colleges for architecture like Sharda, Manipal, SRM etc.
But you might get some seat in the state run government colleges. So please definitely go for the counseling process.
