I got 97.17 percentile can I get cse branch in nit

Hello dear,
According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be approximately close to 25k ,with this rank you will not able to get seat in CSE in good NIT, you can may get seat in CSE in lower NITs like NIT hamirpur.
