97.5108545 percentile  could fetch you a rank around 25464-28625 and obc ncl category rank around 6000 .now these are based on previous year analysis .As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc.based on your rank you have fair chances to fetch seat in government colleges like nits,iiits.you have chances to fetch seat in nit jalandar,mnit jaipur,nit bhopal,nit agartala,nit durgapur and many other nits.but each year as cutoff changes so are your chances into colleges.however once check your homestate cutoff for nits.you can get closing rank for josaa official website: https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

as per the cutoff for the previous years, the chances for you to be able to secure a seat in the top ten NITs is less, however there are other NITs where you will be able to secure a seat for the branches of CSE and ECE,
