No! Frankly speaking With that marks getting seat in sastra university for you is NULL. Sastra University has a lot of competition.
The admission is based on two ways:
Stream 1: JEE main marks + board exam marks (70% seats)
Stream 2: only board exam marks (30% seats)
So, for you getting seat through stream1 is difficult with your jee-main score. Stream2 - since you are from AP. Many people in AP will get good score in IPE. There will be a lot of students who are having there percentile greater than 9.8. So, through this stream also it is difficult for you to get seat in good branch.
