According to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your approximate rank would be around 18,250 and on the basis of this rank you can get good NITs if you belongs to OBC category but yes you cannot get top branches like CSE, IT.
It can be little difficult for top 3 NITs but if you get to 3 NITs you might get very lower branch with it like Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Metallurgical and likewise.
