The  cut offs are released along with NEET results. For a Candidate belonging to OBC Category, you should secure a minimum of 40 percentile of the top NEET score. That is the formula used. In 2019, the cut offs for OBC were 107-133. Going by that you might not qualify in NEET. But as mentioned, the cut offs change every year. And if the cut offs reduce by 15  marks, you will qualify in NEET 2020. But for a seat, you have to reappear for NEET 2021 as this score might not get you a seat in any College.
