I got 98.33 percentile in jee mains,but while when I start preparing for adv I am finding it very difficult(especially maths) ,so shud I focus on mains or adv?

JEE advanced is definitely a tough one to crack but it's not impossible . If you follow proper strategy and proper time table you will be able to crack it. Instead of doing random tough books which are not required for JEE advanced.
Practice majorly previous years papers. That would help you the pattern of questions asked in the examination. You would be able to properly manage your time irrespective of the mistakes you make.
As you are finding the maths part difficult I would suggest to you to take a quick revision of all the formulas and concepts and then solve some questions. You would definitely find some difference. You also need not worry as you are in a stable position with your mains score.
