Considering your percentile your rank will be around 14,164.You can calculate your rank using the given formula
(100-your percentile)*869010/100
And it is slightly difficult to answer whether you may get seat in computer science engineering in NITs.But such rank may not help you to get seat in CSE because a candidate must secure merit rank to get seat.

You have worked for 98.37 that's awesome . According to the previous year cutoff and rank outcomes . You have some of the chances to grab a seat in the NITS of the jee main. If you are eligible have reservation then it is somewhat more easy

To get CSE in any NITs anyhow, you need to get rank under 12k. For your 98.37 percentile you may get rank in 20k range. This is rough prediction only. So , wait till the actual result is declared. And also wait for counselling. You can also improve your score through jee mains April.
