i got 98.47 percentile in cet should i fill pgdm form or wait for cap rounds? and which college can i expect via cap?

You can fill up your PGDM form as you have got good percentile in CET and there is great opportunity for you to take in admission in good college. So from my opinion don't wait for cap rounds.
