Since you have scored 98.667 percentile in your JEE mains, your general category rank would be approx 13,330. You can get a good NIT. But a lot also depends on the branch of study you want to choose.If you want some upper branches then you will have to compromise with college. Still colleges upto NIT Bhopal are good and you can go for them.

With this percentile score your approximately rank will be 15-20 thousand.
And in this rank you will get many good NIT s
Nit kurukshetra
Nit Allahabad
Nit Durgapur
Nit Jaipur.
etc. ( Branch may vary depending upon your category and state.)
So look for the specific branch and college and see last year's cut offs and have reference about it.
But wity this rank you will get a good college.
