As per the previous year cutoffs you have good chance of getting CSE in Sastra University.
You can also get Medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur NIT Raipur, NIT Rourkela, NIT Bhopal,etc for the preferred branch.

Hello Sai,
Genreally , if you've applied via stream 1, your SASTRA rank will be calculated based on this calculation . (0.25*JEE percentile)+(0.75*Boards Percentile). Based on this calculation, I think you can comfotably get a course of your choice in SASTRA university, Tanjore.
