At 98.95 percentile in jee mains your expected rank will be between 9,124 - 9,414.
At this rank there is really a great chance for you to get into the top NITs like NIT Warangal,Nit trichy,NIT Raurkela, MNIT and others .
However you can prefer your home state NIT as you can get the best branch there
