I got 99 in cee... Obc category....will i get a seat in a government college....also i dont know how the counselling works...plzz answer

It will be tough to get a government college if the trend is not like last year but like earlier times of ASSAM CEE. You may have to wait till the end of process to determine whether you are getting a seat or not as the cutoff varies by a good margin every year.
