i got 99 marks can i get admission in top 5 colleges

See as you have not mentioned about the name of examination in which you scored 99 marks and seeking guidance according to it so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately. But however considering your profile your are an engineering aspirant sp you might be asking about JEE-Main, in JEE-Main if you have scored 99 marks and you belongs to General category then there is no scope for you through these marks because from these marks you cannot get top or even good colleges.
