i got 99.13 percentile in jee mains.what clg should i choose for cse

As per your percentile your rank would somewhere range around 180 - 1230.So, I guess this is pretty good score and you have fair chances of getting seats in many nits,iiits, gftis. So, for a better idea you can refer to the link mentioned below for the cutoffs of colleges:-

If you have any category then it will also increase your chances of getting CS.
As you have not mentioned your rank so it's diffult to predict a exact rank and you have chances of getting CS in many IIIT,Nit and other top colleges.
If you have Home state quota in any new Nit then it is a good thing.
Do apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling.
Also apply for counseling in Jac Delhi colleges like Dtu, Nsit , IIIT Delhi are very good colleges.
Apply for IIIT Hyderabad counseling.
