I got 995 rank in cee and I belong to SC category will I be able to get a seat in AEC

First of all congratulations on securing a good rank in CEE exam. Talking about previous year cut off, as per your rank you can get a seat in Assam Engineering college (AEC). But you may not get a preferable branch rather than that you can get a seat in AEC. Hope it helped you.
