Hello!

I would suggest that you should go for ECE in IITs. You'll have a really good crowd to work with. However, if you get ECE or electrical in old IITs only then opt for it. If you get that in new ones, then they won't be that good and it would be better to opt for CSE in top NITs (NIT surathkal, warangal or trichy)
