Hello Shashank!
You are saying that you will get 9 lakh something in jee mains 2019. You are also possessing category.
As per the guidelines provided by NTA for the eligibility criteria of jee advanced,a total of 240000 students are allowed to seat in who are under qualified ranking. Corresponding to this rank you are not eligible for the appearance(not qualified) in jee advanced. There is no possibility of getting any NITs, IIITs.
Try to improve best in the April attempt.
