I got a 292gate score rank 21647 and belong to SC where do I get admissions?

Hii Anushka,
Your score is not so good even though you belong from reserved category.But you can apply for Colleges like lower to medium ranked NITs such as NIT Jaipur, NIT Surat, NIT Rourkela,NIT Hamirpur,NIT Jamshedpur,etc.But it will be beneficial if you take a year drop to prepare for the exam and try to get good marks.
