Hello,

In round 2 you have an option to exit and forfeit the fee if you do not want to accept the seat allotted in AIQ round 2. If you do so you can participate in state counselling. Candidates who joined through AIQ counselling are not eligible to participate in state counselling, the names of all such candidates will be sent to the state authorities. There is no upgradation choice in AIQ round 2.
